Game Designer, will be at Play 2026
Alberto Furlan is a map enthusiast, local history buff, and historiographer who creates mostly solo role-playing games.
Despite this, he has never solved a Rubik's Cube. He lives in Friuli, where he plays rugby and often visits the Carnic Alps.
He has successfully completed three crowdfunding campaigns for Superstition, The Royal Cartographer, and These Stars Will Guide You Home.
With NessunDove, he published Superstizione, the solo role-playing game about the silence of the gods, and also wrote the introduction for Magus et Oraculum by momatoes and additional small rituals for Il faro al termine dell'universo by Ella Lim, which is set to be released this year at Play.
