Known online as Il Cigno NerD, she is a role-playing gamer with nearly twenty years of experience and a passionate wargamer for over twelve years. Her name is inspired by the Nordic imagery of the Knight of the Swan, and since 2022 she has been active on Instagram, where she shares content dedicated to gaming and pop culture.
An RPG event organizer, content creator, and speaker, Benedetta brings her voice and passion to major Italian stages, becoming a reference point within the nerd community.
She was a host on the Carducci Stage at Lucca Comics & Games 2024 for “Live Grog,” leading interviews and live play sessions.
In 2025, she appears as a guest and moderator at Play – Festival del Gioco, presenter on the Falcomics stage, guest at RiminiComix and San Marino Comix, as well as a speaker at FabCon alongside Loredana Lipperini in a conference dedicated to antiheroes. She is also a host at PescaraComix, Utopica Senigallia, Lucca Comics & Games, and Milano Games Week on the eBay stage.
She is the author of the role-playing game Il Canto dei Peccatori, published by Avalon Sword, and editor of the Warhammer section for ScreenWorld.
