RPG Author, will be attending Play 2026
Simone Anselmi is a role-playing game designer.
He collaborates with several publishers, including Dungeoneer Games & Simulation, with whom he has published various expansions for the Dungeons – Old School Solo RPG line, including Dungeons Companion – Dark Journeys, Dungeons – Forgotten Lands, Dungeons – Lost Tales, The Lost Temple of Quetzxohat, Darkness over Ruud Mazar, and Dragonquest. Also for DG&S, he wrote The Buried Evil, an expansion for the doom fantasy RPG Demons & Wizards.
In 2023, with Tin Hat Games, he released Weird World, a post-apocalyptic sci-fi game set in a bizarre and surreal universe.
At Play Festival in Bologna 2026, he will present Burius, a survival horror role-playing game set in a world devastated by a singular cataclysm and ruled by an oppressive theocratic regime.
Simone will be present with the Collettivo Araldi every day at Play: Festival del Gioco 2026.
