Saving Throws for Palestine

"A saving throw represents an attempt to resist a spell, a trap, a poison, a disease, or a similar threat. You don’t normally decide to make a saving throw; you are forced to make one because your character is at risk of harm."

[From the Dungeons & Dragons 5E Player’s Handbook]

Saving Throws for Palestine was created to make our identity as gamers meaningful, even in times like these. If we can gather around the same table to play, we can do it to raise funds too.

Let’s roll our coins onto the table before our dice!

Saving Throws for Palestine is a community-driven event taking place across all three days of the Festival. Look for the D20-watermelon symbol on demo tables in the RPG Area — the GMs running these games are part of the initiative and their tables will display a special QR code. If you want to, you can donate freely to our fundraising campaign for UNRWA (the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East). Donate directly here: https://tiltify.com/@tiri-salvezza/tiri-salvezza-palestina

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

1️⃣ Head to the RPG Area of the Festival (Hall 18, L16).
2️⃣ Look for the D20-watermelon symbol on demo tables.
3️⃣ Scan the QR code on the table and donate.
4️⃣ Play!

The event will officially launch on Friday, 4 April at 2:00 PM - Area Digital (more details coming soon on the Festival website).

Join us at the table — every roll counts!
