This year’s spotlight is on Croatia, with a gaming association bringing their unique play culture and hands-on gaming experience to the festival.
And this is just the beginning: starting from this edition, every year Play will host a gaming association from a different country, to let you discover the world through games!
Welcome RiRoll (CROATIA)
We are a group of friends and colleagues brought together by our love for board games. Over time, we’ve connected with various conventions like Spiel, RiKon, and Sferakon. We collaborate on different projects, and many of us gather at RiRoll.
RiRoll began as a close-knit group of board game enthusiasts. Over the years, we opened our doors to others, welcoming anyone eager to learn and play. We teach new games, introduce fresh ideas, and foster a friendly, inclusive gaming community.

Our Publishers & Artists
Snovid is a small tabletop game publisher from Istria, Croatia. We focus on publishing games by Croatian designers and actively participate in gaming events across the country, including organizing the BrtonIgra festival in Brtonigla-Verteneglio.
At this convention, Snovid will present our 2024 releases:
"To Be Continued..." – a comic-themed card game;
"Choconnect" – a fast-paced praline-sorting game;
"Galebari, 18th Anniversary Edition" – a reimagined version of our classic card game about flirting on the Adriatic coast.
InterHuman is an indie publisher from Rijeka, known for chaotic, horror-themed releases inspired by folklore and local legends.

Mihaela Prizmic (Whimsy Foxglade) is a Croatian illustrator whose booth is a gateway to an enchanted forest. Having illustrated several books, she is now creating art for board games. She will be displaying a selection of her work.
Endi Oblak (Strigun Art) is an illustrator and cartographer presenting a collection of real-world and fantasy maps. His work also includes board game illustrations (Propuh, Fear of the Dark...). Visitors can explore his maps and artwork at the convention.
Fireball Figurines is a creative team from Zagreb specializing in high-quality 3D-printed miniatures and STL files for tabletop games like Dungeons & Dragons!
Their collection features detailed adventurers, monsters, and encounter packs, designed for painting and immersive gameplay.
