Space Otter Publishing

Space Otter is an independent label from Prato, Italy, specializing in the conception, development and production of board games. Our proposals aim to be unconventional and intriguing, with original and innovative points of view. We like the strange, the different, the hardly classifiable. We have no sympathy for labels. Active since 2021 with the first publication, DecKreative, a deck of cards that was later called “the Swiss Army knife of games and creativity,” which was followed by DecKarnage, a highly accessible role-playing game funded on Kickstarter. In 2023 came Not That Much, an auction party game to be played on a cell phone, which was followed by the very successful Dance of Muses campaign, funded by more than 1,000 backers all around the world, and which will be available as a super premiere right at Play 2025.
