Christian Giove

Christian Giove is a game designer and comic book writer. Born and raised in Torino, he grew up loving imagination in all its forms: gamebooks, video games, board games, comics, literature, cinema, and anime (the trick is never sleeping). Over time, he turned his passion for board games into a profession.

Since 2016, he has published games with a range of Italian and international publishers.
Among his most recent releases is Dimmi di Sì, created with Simple&Madama, featured among the new titles at the festival. His earlier and best-known games include Alpaca, Origami, the Mini Escapes series, Guilds, Dolly Crush, and many others—24 games published so far, with 5 more coming out this year alone.

In 2020, he added comic book writing to his creative work, releasing Un Giorno da Cana together with Stefano Tartarotti—the first fully Italian comic gamebook. In 2022, he followed up with Avventure nello Spazio Profondo, co-created with Bigio.
