Emanuela Maio

Emanuela Maio is a researcher in private law and lecturer at the Department of Economic and Business Sciences, University of Parma. She has also taught at the University of Heidelberg (Germany). She is currently Principal Investigator of the PRIN 2022 national research grant with the project Health, SECurity and HUman Rights in E-sports: plural approaches towards legal solutions, funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Research. Her work explores the various applications of AI in her fields of interest. She has been a speaker at numerous conferences and is a member of both national and international academic associations. She is the author of two monographs and several academic publications, including international contributions.
