Ciro Alessandro Sacco

Originally from Torino and now based in Brescia, Ciro Alessandro Sacco has been a key figure in the RPG industry since 1990, when he co-directed Rune, the first role-playing magazine ever sold at newsstands in Italy.

An avid collector of RPGs, both Italian and international (including many rare European titles), Sacco is actively involved in gaming journalism and curation. His work includes: Curator of the blogs Dungeon Master Magazine & Infoludiche.org; Italian correspondent for Casus Belli, the prestigious French RPG magazine; Contributor to Wyrd Science, a British tabletop gaming magazine; and Co-founder & co-editor of RoleZine (Inspired Device), Italy’s only dedicated RPG magazine.

Sacco is especially proud of his Ultimate Interview with Gary Gygax, which has become a landmark reference for RPG historians and scholars.
