Genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist — Angelo is none of these things. But he is a passionate board gamer, role-player, wargamer, and one of the most renowned miniature painters in the world.

Angelo is indelibly linked to the Golden Demon, the legendary painting competition by Games Workshop. To date, he has won 68 trophies and three Slayer Swords—the coveted Best of Show award—making him the most decorated Golden Demon winner on the planet.

Though best known for his miniature painting, Angelo is also a devoted fan of role-playing games—especially Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay—as well as board games and wargames.

At Play 2025, Angelo will showcase several pieces from his collection, including the model that won last year’s Golden Demon. Alongside his team, Gli Araldi, he will be offering:

• Intro: An introduction to miniature modelling and painting for beginners and advanced hobbyists alike
• Showcase: A display of stunning works by various artists—come admire and meet the creators
• RPG: A selection of dedicated role-playing game tables

And last but not least, due to the success of previous editions, the infamous BEER PAINT competition will make its triumphant return!
