Dream Play: Neuroscience of Lucid Dreams in Gamers

Lucid dreams are rare but valuable for neuroscience because they offer insight into consciousness. Video games, as simulations of alternative realities, seem to increase self-awareness and the frequency of lucid dreaming. Based on recent scientific literature, this seminar explores how games and virtual reality might be used to train lucid dreaming.

Speakers: Diego Fabiani, Martina Boveri, Matilda Ercolanelli, Chiara Chimento, Andrea Arcidiacono
