Fabio Boverio
Fabio Boverio is the founder of the YouTube channel and roleplaying movement Attori di Ruolo. He has worked as a theatre pedagogue and actor coach for over 25 years and is the founder of the Milano-based academy Minima Teatro.
Since 2020, he has combined his childhood passion for RPGs—starting with the legendary Red Box—with his work in theatre and corporate public speaking, creating a unique bridge between these worlds.
He sees imagination as a vital part of human nature, believing that telling stories through roleplaying is a powerful way to connect performative experiences with audience engagement. His artistic research has always focused on emotion and the concept of "bleeding" (emotional immersion), exploring how these elements shape the way we tell stories—whether on stage or around a gaming table.
His expertise has led him to run experiential workshops for major international companies on the power of inspiration and influence, and to coach speakers for TED Talks. In 2024, he launched “AdR ON STAGE!”—a live roleplaying campaign performed in theatres with an audience and live musicians, aiming to further unite performance art and tabletop RPGs.
